Job description

We seek an expert in Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to optimize our customer relationship management systems, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining our CRM ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to architect, implement, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the unique demands of the financial services sector, with a focus on integrating with Azure DevOps and Agile development practices. Knowledge of Talkdesk is considered a valuable asset.

This position is in hybrid mode

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the specific needs of the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with Agile development methodologies.
  • Customization and Configuration: Tailor Service Cloud to the unique business requirements of the financial sector, including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes, and integrate with Azure DevOps to enhance development workflows.
  • Integration: Connect Salesforce Service Cloud with other financial systems and third-party applications, as well as with Azure DevOps for Agile project management, to provide a seamless, data-driven customer experience in a regulated environment.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system in compliance with industry regulations and Agile best practices.
  • Data Management and Optimization: Oversee data quality, data migration, and data governance within Service Cloud, adhering to Agile development principles and industry standards, and continuously monitor and optimize the CRM system to improve efficiency and the customer experience in the financial services sector. Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM system configurations, changes, and Agile development processes, in line with industry compliance requirements.



• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.

• Proven experience (5 years) in architect, implementing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Agile development, Azure DevOps integration, and financial services industry knowledge.

• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, industry regulations, and Agile methodologies as they relate to the financial sector.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

• Knowledge of Talkdesk or other customer service technologies.

• Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.

Keen on someone communicative, with the ability to guide requirements in terms of architecture and with the capacity to follow development.
