Job description

We are looking for a Release Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, responsible for coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the quality of the platform's release and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with technical governance standards, alignment between teams, and environment stability. This profile will play a central role in the articulation between development, architecture, and support, being responsible for ensuring that all deliveries follow ALM best practices, minimizing risks and impacts on production.

Requirements

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Application Lifecycle Management of Power Platform
Knowledge of solution management (managed/unmanaged), segmentation, and conflict control.
Ability to analyze dependencies, metadata, and impacts between versions.
Experience in managing multi-environment deployments (sandbox/staging/production).
Nice to have: Proficiency in Git (GitFlow, branching strategies, PRs, and merges)
Nice to have: Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
High capacity for organization, planning, and attention to detail.
Good communication and ease in coordinating with technical and support teams.
Proactive in identifying problems and improving processes.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work under pressure.
Focus on quality, technical rigor, and consistency in deliverables.
The candidate must be fluent in Portuguese.
