Experience of infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, Sharepoint Upgrades etc)
Experience of Saas solutions, understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosphere Full lifecycle QE management experience
Managing off-shore personnel
Experienced in stakeholder management Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.)
Superb communicator Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line)
Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects
