About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join engineering teams in Europe, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a global platform through structured testing strategies, automation frameworks, and close collaboration with development squads.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across functional and non-functional requirements
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks (UI, API, and regression)
Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the full development lifecycle
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Champion quality standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Support performance, load, and security testing initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in a QA Engineering or Test Automation role
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into deployment workflows
Experience working in agile squads alongside developers and product managers
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
