Power Platform Senior Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
  
• Proven experience on PowerApps Model-Driven Apps
  
• Proven experience on complex, enterprise scale projects
  
• Proven experience with Custom Connectors and on premises Data Gateway
  
• Good knowledge of SharePoint
  
• Knowledge of React and/or JavaScript and/or TypeScript and/or C#
  
• Solid understanding of security, governance and compliance topics
  
• Experience in banking or highly regulated environments
  
• Knowledge of digital accessibility topics is a plus
  
• Previous involvement in a Centre of Excellence or transversal role is a strong plus
  
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Copilot Studio and Power Automate Desktop is a plus

• Define Power Platform architectures aligned with banking constraints
  
• Design and maintain Custom Connectors
  
• Implement and operate the On-premises Data Gateway for secure on-prem integrations
  
• Ensure quality, performance, security and accessibility of delivered solutions
  
• Contribute to all project phases: scoping, design, development, deployment and production support
  

• ​Contribute to Power Platform governance, including:
  
• Development standards
  
• Security, DLP policies, ALM and environment strategy
  
• Support and mentor makers (citizen developers and pro developers):
  
• Technical reviews
  
• Architecture guidance
  
• Best practices sharing
  
• Participate in technology watch and innovation:
  
• Analysis of new Power Platform features
  
• Assessment of their relevance in a banking context
  
• Proofs of concept (POC)
  
• Help grow and structure the internal Power Platform community
