Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer for immediate entry to join a dynamic and technology-driven team.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in functional and automation testing, performance validation, and QA integration within DevOps and cloud environments.

Requirements

>> Critical competences

Performance Testing:

Execute load, stress, and volume tests.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.
Tools: JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, k6.
APM: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus.

>> Complementary competences

Quality Assurance / Functional Testing:

Plan and execute manual and automated functional tests.
Define testing strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Shift-left Testing methodologies.
Tools: JIRA, Zephyr, XRay, ALM, TestRail.

Test Automation

Develop and maintain automation frameworks.
Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Tools: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

QA Engineering / TestOps

Embed QA into the development lifecycle (Continuous Testing).
Automate test environments and test data.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
Work with pipelines in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Valued skills

Knowledge of Test Management, Defect Management and Release Governance practices.
Fluency in English.
Good communication skills and focus on results.
