Job description

We are looking for a Service Manager that will be responsible for running two specific products in terms of new and current contracts management, Invoicing & billing, customer service, customer retention and reporting.

You will be responsible for:
-Monitor the business throughout its value chain and be the point of contact between the customer and our partner.
-Monitor the business (performance analysis, producing metrics, construction of analytical maps, etc)
-Improve the processes (Design journeys, suggest improvements, etc)
-Manage the inbound and outbound contact center metrics, analyzing it and correct deviations

Requirements

Higher education in management, quality, auditing and similar areas
+2 years of experience in similar roles
Telecommunications experience (valued)
B1 level of english and spanish (oral and written)
Hybrid role in Porto
Good communications skills
Negotiation skills and detail-oriented.
