Mendix Developer Sr.

We are looking for Senior Mendix Developers to join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team working in an Agile environment. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using the Mendix platform, with strong integration and data handling requirements.

This position is fully remote and requires strong senior-level experience, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix
  
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams
  
• Build and maintain integrations via REST and OData
  
• Support and execute data migration and data transformation tasks
  
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions
  
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
  

Requirements

• Mandatory Mendix Advanced Certification (or higher)
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in Mendix development
  
• Strong experience with Mendix platform concepts and architecture
  
• Solid knowledge of frontend and backend application design principles
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum corporate environments and cross-functional teams
  
• Strong experience with REST and OData integrations
  
• Experience with data migration and Excel import/export processes
  
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  
• English level C1 (fluent professional communication required)
  
• Ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with SSO integrations (SAML / OIDC)
  
• Database design and performance tuning knowledge
  
• Experience with Mendix Native Workflows Engine
  
• Exposure to Kafka / message brokers
  
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
