Own the Platform. Not Just the Tickets.

We're looking for a Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform Administrator who wants real ownership of a production container platform — from cluster lifecycle to the GitOps automation on top of it.

Why this role is worth your attention:

You own the platform, end to end. Cluster upgrades, quotas, resource limits, lifecycle management — the OpenShift estate is yours to run and evolve, not just monitor.
Automation, not toil. You'll automate platform operations with Operators (OLM) and drive everything through GitOps with Argo CD. Declarative, version-controlled, reproducible. No snowflake clusters.
You build the paved road. Maintaining the service catalogue with Helm charts and templates means your work is leverage — other engineers move faster because of what you built.
A stack that keeps your CV sharp. OpenShift, Istio service mesh, Argo CD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic search, Azure. Every one of these is in demand and rising.
Security is yours, not an afterthought. RBAC, LDAP/AD integration, Security Context Constraints, hardening — you own the platform's security posture.
You're the technical authority. You're the interface with the infrastructure provider — the person they answer to.
Structured, sane delivery. 2-week sprints. You'll know what you're building this fortnight, and you won't spend your life firefighting.

Requirements

What you bring:

Strong Azure administration experience
Hands-on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift in production
GitOps / Argo CD experience
Helm, Operators, platform automation
RBAC, LDAP/AD integration, security hardening
Monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch)
Fluent Portuguese and English
Strong troubleshooting and collaboration instincts

Certifications:

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) — highly valued
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate & DevOps Engineer Expert - Mandatory
