Job description

Junior position supporting product development activities in an agile environment. The role involves working closely with Product Managers, experienced Product Owners, and development teams to support the definition, clarification, and tracking of product requirements. The Junior Product Owner will help maintain the product backlog, contribute to sprint planning, and follow up on implementation tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, shows initiative, and has a basic understanding of agile practices and IT project environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus.

Requirements

Junior-Level – Foundational understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle
Junior-Level – Some experience (internship, academic, or junior role) in an IT or agile project environment
Junior-Level – Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Junior-Level – Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Junior-Level – Willingness to learn and grow in an agile team setup
Junior-Level – Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Junior-Level – Basic understanding of DevOps concepts or CI/CD pipelines
