Service Competence description:

The service to be provided is focused on implementation, operations and troubleshooting of the customers IT

infrastructure, including analysis and implementation of security guidelines.

Should have analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, and good collaboration skills within a multi-cultural team. It is mandatory to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).

• Be part of a dynamic team supporting several projects on a variety of technologies

• Manage Incident and customer requests

• Manage Windows and Linux servers

• Support Service Operations

Requirements

Competences:

• Experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of Configuration Management tool (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

• Knowledge of Scripting (Python, Bash or Powershell)

• English speaking is mandatory

Preference:

• Exposure to Azure DevOps

• Experience with SQL Server administration

• Awareness of the Security Best Practices
