IT System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in system administration, with a focus on virtualization, Windows systems, internal project management, and collaboration with partners. Additionally, the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders is crucial. Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of systems, with an emphasis on virtualization and Windows platforms.
  
• Management of internal projects related to systems and infrastructure.
  
• Collaboration with external partners to ensure effective integration of systems and solutions.
  
• Establishing and maintaining a strong connection with stakeholders, ensuring the organization's needs are met.
  
• Support for windows systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization. (Linux knowledge is valued)
  
• Administration and support for the Office 365 environment, ensuring operational efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in system administration.
  
• Solid experience in server virtualization.
  
• Professional experience with Windows systems.
  
• Proficiency in managing internal projects related to IT infrastructure.
  
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Experience with Office 365 and other collaboration solutions.
  
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
