Job description

We are looking for a Service Desk Support professional to integrate our client Infrastructure Workplace department.
You will be responsible for providing remote support for all employees' operating systems, software and corporate tools.
We need a person on the Service Desk team to remotely handle incidents/requests that client's employees send via our ticketing tool.


Requirements

  • At least 2years in similar functions
  • Spanish and Portuguese:  B2 or higher.
  • The level of English will be valued
