Job description

The service to be provided is focused on driving digital dexterity, supporting the UX activities at our client.

To achieve this, our client expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:
Able to curate UseIT virtual trainings offers for different IT Tools
Create and update content/manuals on various IT topics
Create and curate engaging learning videos
Develop instructional design activities
Manage learning journeys and initiatives aiming to foster digital dexterity
Support UX Global initiatives such as Virtual Roadshows


To deliver the above competences, our client considers relevant to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering
Digitalization & Innovation
Fast Learning on IT Tools from the User Perspective
Knowledge on User Experience
Great PowerPoint presentation design skills
Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 tools

Our client gives preference to providers that also demonstrate competences in:
User engagement activities experience 

Consultants to be assigned to the service by provider should have:
Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Good negotiation skills
It is mandatory for consultants to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing)
