Job description

The mission of this role is to ensure the stability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and systems, supporting business operations through reliable and efficient technology services.

The Infrastructure and Systems Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT environments, ensuring system availability, and providing advanced technical support.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage and administer IT infrastructure and systems
Maintain and support server environments and network components
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
Implement, configure, and maintain IT solutions and services
Provide advanced technical support (2nd/3rd line)
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure system reliability, performance, and continuity
Support infrastructure-related projects and improvements
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure service quality
Contribute to the optimization and standardization of IT processes

Requirements

Proven experience in systems administration / infrastructure roles

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)

Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments

Experience managing servers and network components

Experience with system monitoring tools (performance, availability, capacity)

Experience with IT infrastructure management tools

Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Understanding of IT security principles

Experience using Office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in structured IT environment
