Functional Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for a hybrid project, 3 days per week on-site, in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop functional analysis by designing solutions that meet defined requirements and comply with:
  

• the organisation's business rules,
  
• regulatory requirements, functional
  
• architecture standards
  
• functional analysis methodology best practices — including processes, flows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files) and information mapping between systems.
  

• Support and accompany other teams on functional deliverables, namely:
  

• Business
  
• Development
  
• Testing
  
• Customer Support
  
• Operations teams.
  

Requirements

Mandatory

• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques: interviewing, actor identification, methods, UML, interfaces and systems.
  
• Knowledge of process design using BPMN.
  
• Knowledge of data modelling at logical and conceptual level (essential).
  
• Native proficiency in Portuguese, spoken and written.
  
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
  

Nice to Have

• Degree in Information Systems or demonstrated experience in IT projects.
  
• Proficiency in Power Designer.
  
• Knowledge of Information Management.
