FILENET

System Implementation:

• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Filenet solutions to meet business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  
• Analyze and optimize Filenet solutions for enhanced content management and workflow efficiency.
  
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices.
  
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations and user guidelines.
  
• Ensure documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test scenarios.
  
• Address and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
  
• Provide training to end-users on Filenet functionalities and best practices.
  
• Offer ongoing support to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Filenet implementation and optimization.
  
• Filenet Training Certificate is mandatory.
  
• Expertise in Filenet configuration, customization, and optimization.
  
• Proven track record in implementing Filenet solutions for content management and workflow efficiency.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Remote - Must be in Portugal
