Project Specifics

• Integration of Ericsson RAN elements (Rollout of new sites, new technologies, site expansion)

• Candidate must be proficient in Portuguese and English

• Open to full remote. Preferably from Brazil.

Role requirements

Senior Profile
Strong understanding and knowledge of telecommunications.
Candidate’s recent experience should involve Ericsson Databuild (or at least they should have worked with Ericsson equipment in the last 1-2 years).
Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of Ericsson hardware and software.
Highly proficient in all Radio Access Technologies (RATs).
The candidate needs to understand how Ericsson configuration works and data implementations methods (XML, CLI, Mobatch, etc)
Ability to configure DUS and basebands
Experience configuring all RATs but special focus on 4G and 5G (NSA and SA)
Be able to create a Bill of Materials for a site based on desired configuration.
Understand how power, port configuration, transmission and RAN configuration can change based on the different topologies.
