Job description

We are seeking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist with strong technical and functional expertise to support both business teams and active project teams. This professional will ensure the correct usage, stability, performance, and evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

The role also includes analyzing and implementing Microsoft recommendations, supporting involved teams, and executing technical and functional improvements aligned with platform best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
Ensure system stability, performance, and proper usage across business and project teams
Analyze and operationalize improvement recommendations from Microsoft
Identify and implement enhancements to improve technical and functional performance
Support project execution, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts
Ensure alignment with best practices of the Dynamics 365 platform

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specification, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customization, configuration, and support)
Technical proficiency in .NET, including the development and support of technical tools/consoles for data manipulation and correction
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Ability to learn quickly and adapt “on the job”
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field
Alternatively, relevant non-degree technical training, provided it is well documented and suited to information systems work
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent and proven experience with the platform
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
