Job description

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to provide services related to the analysis, development, implementation, and customization of Dynamics 365-based solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and agile teams to deliver scalable and high-quality implementations.

What will be expected from you?

Define and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
Continuously research the latest Dynamics 365 best practices and configurations, and apply them in live environments
Prepare technical specifications and deliver solution demos (live sessions, documentation, presentations)
Work directly with business users and agile delivery teams to design and implement solutions
Mentor other developers and support distributed system development practices

Requirements

3+ years developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (with or without existing modules)
Hands-on experience with out-of-the-box components and configurations
Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
Advanced JavaScript skills
Experience in Dynamics 365 development and configuration
Azure development – mid-level
.NET development background – mid-level

Nice to have:

Experience across multiple D365 modules
Exposure to AI tools integrated with D365
Advanced skills in Azure-based development
Experience mentoring developers in distributed environments
Strong communication skills with end users and business teams
