Job description

We are looking for a DBA for a project in Aveiro. This is a hybrid position, 3x/week at the office.

IT operations engineer with specialization on database, with special focus on the following database tasks:installation, configuration, high-availability, backup, performance tuning and analysis, among others.

Good knowledge of Linux OS and IT networks.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in software engineering or similar field
+2y experience in Database management experience in Postgres, Oracle and MongoDB.
+2y experience in Database high availability technologies as Oracle RAC, Postgres clusters/Patroni,Golden Gate, etc
Experience in Database performance analysis.

Experience to implement database backups and recovery solutions.
Good knowledge of Linux OS and IT networks.
Knowledge of cloud services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information tonon-financial stakeholders.
