Job description

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for working closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful, data-driven platforms.

As a Delivery Lead, you’ll be a key connector between engineering and business. You’ll be responsible for enabling teams to deliver high-quality software at speed, managing complexity, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the delivery of large-scale technology projects with cross-functional engineering teams.
Driving agile best practices across teams and mentoring others on Agile delivery principles.
Collaborating closely with engineers to scope, size, and prioritize technical work based on business requirements.
Ensuring transparency of delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks for both internal and client-facing stakeholders.
Managing delivery performance, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Facilitating discussions that ensure alignment between product goals and engineering delivery.
Navigating complex, data-rich environments and translating needs into actionable delivery plans.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Producer in fast-paced and collaborative tech environments.
Strong, hands-on understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
3–5 years of experience working in domains like interactive media, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or analytics-driven platforms.
3–5 years of direct experience working with engineering teams in a delivery or leadership capacity.
A strong foundation in data concepts, including raw streaming data, data modeling, metadata, and data architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
