Data Analyst and Automation Specialist – Microsoft 365

• Develop robust data models using Power BI and Azure tools to support accurate and efficient data analysis
  
• Ensure data extraction processes already in place are running as expected and propose enhancements whenever possible
  
• Support processes with the creation or extension of Power Apps.
  
• Propose improvements on existing reports and workflows by analyzing data to help prevent in-service failures and to provide trend analysis to aid collaboration services to improve their daily activities.
  
• Monitor performance trends and identify continuous improvement and automation proposals.
  
• Perform reporting activities to support management
  
• Contribution to the value center wide activities
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• At least five years of experience working as a data analyst, data automation, data architect or similar position
  
• Expertise in using Power BI for data visualization, including creating dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations
  
• Ability to create and manage data models within Power BI, including Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
  
• Experience with Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database
  
• Skills in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into Azure environments
  
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, PowerShell for data manipulation and automation
  
• Understanding data security and compliance requirements within Azure and Power BI environments
  
• Ability to communicate data insights to stakeholders through clear, effectively and concise reports
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and optimize data processes
  
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments and with external service providers
  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  
• International experience is a plus with a willingness to work with colleagues in various time zones.
