Data Analysis and Automation Specialist Service for M365 Office Core

We want to contribute to the success of our partner in its goal to move one level up into Touchless IT Operations and end-user satisfaction.
Office Core is home to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Information protection, File Share Service and Group Encryption.

Areas of work:
Ensure that data extraction processes already in place are running as expected and propose enhancements whenever possible
Enhance reports performance and identify improvement opportunities by analyzing data to help prevent in-service failures and to provide trend analysis to aid collaboration services to improve their daily activities
Monitor performance trends – able to analyze and model data sets - and identify continuous improvement and automation proposals. Build new
report/automation on top of the available data sources.
Perform reporting activities to support service teams and management
Coordinate and ensure deliverables are on time, under the budget, and fulfil the use cases for all Touchless IT Automation workstreams for
Office Core Services.

Required competencies:
• Written and spoken fluency in English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years' experience creating and managing Power BI Reports.
• Effective communications and strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Readiness to work independently and with multi-national team.
• Familiar with M365.
• Scrum Product Owner experience is valued.
• Experience with Nexthink and Moveworks is valued.
