Job description

We are currently hiring a Content Strategy Specialist to support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector.

What you will do:
  • Define and manage workflows for the creation, review, approval, and publication of digital content.
  • Ensure editorial consistency, structure, and quality across all institutional website content.
  • Coordinate collaboration between editorial, technical, and communication teams.
  • Manage CMS tools and systems used for content publishing and maintenance.
  • Monitor and ensure continuous content updating, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Implement best practices in content governance, information architecture, and editorial management.
  • Analyse content performance metrics (traffic, navigation patterns, search behaviour, drop‑off rates) to identify improvements.
  • Produce reports and insights supporting optimization and strategic editorial decisions.
  • Improve content using analytics, user feedback, and strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with digital accessibility, usability, and clear‑communication standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar Content Ops / Content Strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of content governance and digital publishing workflows.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and structured editorial processes,
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating content performance through metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
