Job description
Right now, we are looking for a Business/Functional Analyst to integrate our team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed requirements gathering for business needs related to system development;
- Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement;
- Documenting functional specifications and business processes clearly;
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business requirements;
- Supporting testing phases by validating requirements and providing feedback;
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
- Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and documentation standards.
Requirements
You must have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or functional analysis;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement elicitation techniques;
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories);
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements.
