Job description

We are currently searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from different systems;
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards;
  • Assist in validating data quality and consistency;
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to clarify reporting and analysis needs;
  • Support the documentation of indicators, metrics, and BI processes;
  • Contribute to testing and validation of new developments or data sources.


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in data, reporting, or analytical contexts;
  • Interest in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and decision support;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills when working with different teams;
  • Organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented profile;
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and strong willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar);

Nice to have:
  • Understanding of data testing and validation concepts (e.g., results verification, test scenarios, indicator consistency).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes (SSIS, Data Factory, ODI, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python.
