Job description

We are looking for two experienced Microservices/Backend Developers to join an eShop Revamp project in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of a digital commerce platform to deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a 9 months duration project with location in Lisbon (hybrid model). The candidate must be fluent in Portuguese.

Requirements

Hard skills:

Solid experience in developing backend systems using Java >8 with Springboot;

Experience with microservices architecture;

Experience with relational and non-relational databases;

Experience with gitflow or other forms of code branching;

Used to developing using Clean Code practices;

Be comfortable with documentation in English

Experience with technical solutions documentation;

Knowledge of the Agile methodology.

Soft skills:

Attend meetings with the business, analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and focusing on creating an excellent customer experience;

Translate business requirements into technical requirements;

Being a team player and proactive;

Communicate clearly and have the ability to explain, both orally and in writing;

Be self-taught and self-employed.
