Job description

We are looking for a AI Use Case & Enablement Manager.

You will be focused on identifying, evaluating and enabling business‑relevant use cases for AI applications across the organization and supporting users in setting up own agents to fulfill personal/team tasks.

The position acts as a bridge between business units, IT and compliance to ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable value and are introduced in a controlled, responsible manner. The role ensures that AI applications and agents are aligned with business objectives, governance requirements and technical standards.

What can you expect from the project?

AI Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborating with business units to identify, document and evaluate potential AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk
Business–IT Translation: Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents
AI Enablement & Adoption: Supporting the introduction of AI apps and agents by coordinating pilots, proofs of concept, and rollouts, including user onboarding and enablement
AI Application Governance Alignment: Ensuring AI use cases comply with internal governance, data protection, security, and regulatory requirements in close collaboration with IT Security, Legal, and Compliance
Support for Creation of Personal AI Agents: Consulting and hands-on support for individual users in the design and creation of personal or role-based AI agents

Requirements

4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management, with hands‑on involvement in AI or automation initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments (preferably Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem)
Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases
Solid understanding of data protection, security, and compliance considerations for AI solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft AI, Azure, Product Management, or Change Management) are an advantage
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
