Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Funchal, Madeira
Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM)
Contract Type: temporary contract (minimum 6 months)
Start Date: Urgent – expected to start within the first weeks of January 2026

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Funchal. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring immediate availability in early January 2026. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files

  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily office tasks

  • Support internal teams with scheduling and administrative coordination

  • Assist with other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Professional communication skills

  • Availability to work fully on-site in Funchal
