Job description
Identify project opportunities in the market;
Support Metric’s Engineering Team by designing solutions to address customer requirements;
Make presentations in person or remotely and effectively pitch the solutions during the presentation;
Manage the technical aspects of a portfolio of customers and prospects by establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships;
Provide technical mentoring and/or training to existing customers;
Know and share the value proposition and how it fits into the customer solution;
Respond to RFPs/RFQs;
Generate sales reports;
Direct report to the CEO.

Requirements
Degree in Telecommunications Engineer or similar;
[5+ years’ experience with Radio Network Engineering;
Proven experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G technology;
Know-how in the Mobile Network lifecycle and processes (modernization, swap, roll-out, etc.);
Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus. (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia or ZTE);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences;
Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site customer/prospect assistance and relationship building
